Shipping Information

Pro Guard Coatings uses FedEx® Ground exclusively for  all smaller orders that are not large enough for truck shipping. Normally 25+ gallons for truck shipping.

Most of our products can’t be shipped FedEx® Express (overnight or priority)  without incurring a very large hazardous material shipping charge.  Any requests for expeditated shipping will be at the customers expense.

Any truck shipments to a residential address will incur additional shipping charges for lift gate service and entering a residential area. This will be at the customers expense.

Damages

When your order arrives it is the customers responsibility to immediately open the package(s) and report any damage to the carrier or Pro Guard Coatings.  If in fact there are damages that are not reported we have no way to file a damage claim with the carrier and replace your material without charging you again.  Carriers will not pay claims for “concealed damage” if not reported immediately.

Returns

Any returns  of  Pro Guard Coatings products must have been purchased through Pro Guard Coatings.  All returns need to be pre-approved through Pro Guard Coatings prior to return.  All returns must be accompanied by an RMA issued by Pro Guard Coatings.  Please contact us if you have questions about this.

We can’t ship our liquid products through the United States Postal Service.  If you are returning liquid products to us you can’t ship them through the United States Postal Service either.  All returns must be shipped through Fed-Ex ground or the trucking company the order was sent by.  All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  There will be a restocking fee applied to all customer initiated returns.
